The company was formed in 1997 by a group of experienced individuals who recognised a local and regional need for developments in the area of enterprise creation and support.

Wendy is a Director and Chairperson of Collooney Community Enterprises Ltd. She runs her own Architectural Private Practice. Wendy has been involved in many community projects over the last thirty years, including the Fás Computer Training Project at the Teeling Centre, Collooney, Sligo and the 1798 Commemoration of the French Invasion . |

Lawrence Storey has been the Managing Director of B Braun Hospicare LTD, situated in Collooney County Sligo since 1995. Prior to this Lawrence was Managing Director of Rexam Ireland situated in Portlaoise and before this worked with the Unilever group in Surrey England and in the USA. A native of Belfast originally and a chemist by education, he also holds a Ph.D in Organic Polymer Chemistry." |
Cecil is a Director of Collooney Community Enterprises Ltd and is Proprietor of The Centra Supermarket in Collooney and of The Supervalue Supermarket in Ballisodare where he provides local employment for excess of one hundred people. Cecil is also Treasurer of Tir Na n’Óg, a state of the art childcare facility in Collooney, Sligo. |

Loretta qualified and worked as a Nurse for ten years before moving into the area of Community Development. Loretta has worked on a varied number of community projects and sat on the Board of Jolly tots Playgroup Ltd in Sooey, Sligo for a number of years. Loretta is Manager of The Collooney Community Enterprise Centre and also heads the Company’s flagship project Northwest Life Sciences. |

Enda has over twenty years experience in the Life Science Industry and has worked on many cleanroom insulation projects, Enda has an Msc in Pharmaceutical Validation Technology. Enda will provide a Cleanroom consulting service to Clients at Northwest Life Sciences. |
