The North West Life Science Facility has incorporated into its architectural design, the prerequisites necessary for state-of-the-art cleanroom suites, and associated GMP requirements, ensuring adequate room for process, and building services such as HVAC and associated duct work. It also has adequate provision for support areas such as warehousing, and administration areas.

We can offer clients, a tailor made, turn-key solution, customised to their cleanroom needs. We will ensure, through the use of cleanroom consult services, that the design will take into account the clients specific requirements, providing them with a cost effective, state-of-the-art, fully validated, cleanroom operating to the appropriate classification.

The design and construction of the cleanroom will incorporate adequate flexibility for the client to make changes to the foot-print at minimal cost and disruption, at a later stage, should the business need dictate.
