In 2000 the company opened The Collooney Community Enterprise Centre. Today this is a vibrant hub of activity which throughout the last nine years has provided many indigenous industries with affordable start-up space and business support.

As we are a community owned Development Company our policy is to offer our clients the maximum flexibility that our position permits. We offer both short and medium lease terms and will always listen to what our clients needs are. As we are a not for profit group our objective is to provide new and existing businesses with affordable workspace.
